Dear (name of headteacher/ school nurse/ governors),
We are the parents of (child’s name). Notwithstanding Britain’s changing recognition of children’s rights (with the outlining of Gillick competence and the Fraser Guidelines), we have serious concerns about the imminent rollout of Covid-19 experimental vaccines to vulnerable, ill-informed school-aged children. We also have serious concerns about the rollout to adults. These we have discussed with our child. We understand that he will be placed under immense pressure to accept this still experimental vaccine. Our concerns fall into three categories, namely, that the coercive experimental vaccine rollout is (1) unnecessary, (2) illegal, and (3) inefficacious.
1. Unnecessary
First, it should be understood that there is virtually no risk to children from this virus. The risk of children becoming seriously ill from the Covid virus is miniscule. This risk has not changed even with the advent of a new, more contagious variant of coronavirus. Professor Russell Viner, president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health reports that the “overwhelming majority of children and young people have no symptoms or very mild illness only.”[1]
Furthermore, despite a rise in the number of children infected during the winter, there was no substantial rise in hospital admissions. Recent research suggests SARS-CoV-2 is very rarely fatal in children and young people, even among those with underlying comorbidities. The recovery rate of under 18s is 99.995%. These findings are important to guide families, clinicians and policy makers about future shielding and vaccination This information should be supplied to parents advising children and young people.[2] What this suggests is that the interests of science and society are being wrongly elevated over the rights and freedoms of the innocent, a thing that explains some of the greatest genocides and mass slaughters in recent history.
2. Illegal
Secondly, although we are not against vaccines as such, we believe that the use of these still experimental vaccines, implemented without adequate information and voluntariness, involve illegalities, principally surrounding questions of informed consent and voluntariness in the context of medical experimentation. The use of an emergency authorisation [3] for vaccines that have not concluded clinical trials, without any long term safety data, now being tested on children is only one reason to regard this rollout as illegal. The rollout is conducted without adequate information to adults and children alike. The ingredients are not explained to recipients. Potential side effects are not adequately discussed with recipients. Vaccine manufacturers’ claims to immunity from liability are insufficiently explained to potential recipients. Now that the process has been rolled out, Yellow Card, VAERS, and EudraVigilance data[4], for example, is nowhere brought to the attention of potential vaccine recipients. Accordingly, it is in breach of international law. Commencing research in children, in advance of published adult long term safety data is in breach of, for example, the Nuremberg Code as well as post-Holocaust first (pre-utilitarian) versions of the Declaration of Geneva and Declaration of Helsinki, the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, plain readings of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and, in certain circumstances too, the Genocide Convention.
Grave concerns are being voiced by Nobel prizewinners, eminent doctors, academics, scientists, lawyers and also by education and children’s services professionals. Among the scientists and professionals warning of the dangers of these experimental vaccines scientists are Mike Yeadon (former Chief scientist, Pfizer), Luc Montagnier (2008 Nobel prize winner in medicine), Robert Malone (CEO, virologist and co-discoverer of in-vitro and in-vivo RNA transfection, co-inventor of mRNA vaccines, at the Salk Institute in 1988), Geert Vanden Bossche, (virologist), Charles Hoffe (physician), Roger Hodkinson (pathologist, CEO), Byram Bridle (associate professor in viral immunology), American Frontline Doctors, Reiner Fuellmich, Lawyers for Liberty to name but a few.[6] We supply too a catalogue of links to scientists and other professionals compiled by Dr Jacqueline Laing (BA LLB (ANU) DPhil (Oxon)) in January this year.[6] Those participating in the propagation and implementation of the illegal, experimental vaccines, whether by way of public broadcasting, political authorisation or actual physical assistance, will soon see the implications of becoming so soon complicit in what lawyers like Reiner Fuellmich are rightly, in our view, classifying as crimes against humanity.
3. Inefficacious
The rollout of the vaccine prevents neither transmission nor contraction of the SARS-Cov-2 virus. The rollout of the vaccine does not prevent new variants of the virus. These facts are borne out by statistics now emerging of vaccinated victims suffering chronic illness and death. New variants of the virus in the context of pathogenic priming and antibody dependent enhancement similarly underscore the inefficacious nature of the vaccines.
Even on an individual social analysis, many recipients of the vaccines have accepted the procedure on the basis that it would allow them greater freedom, for example, from masking, social distancing, lockdown, limitations on travel, and so on. This assumption has proven mistaken.
Conclusion
We, in conjunction with numerous other objectors, enclose the following and we urge you to address the illegalities in which we believe the school has become complicit. We attach references, open letters, videos of side effects and a catalogue of international law prohibiting coercive experimental medical procedures in adults, still less children.
