Profile

Fr Peter Mullen was ordained in the Church of England in 1970 and held a number of positions within the Church until retiring as Rector of St Michael’s, Cornhill & St Sepulchre-without-Newgate in 2012. A prolific writer and polemicist, he has published widely in the British and international press and has written a number of well-respected works of fiction, non-fiction and poetry. His most recent titles include The Politically-Incorrect Lexicon (Bretwalda Books), The Secular Terrorist (RoperPenberthy) and Prophets & Visionaries (RoperPenberthy). He is currently a columnist with a number of publications including The Northern Echo, New Directions, The Salisbury Review, Freedom Today and the Church of England Newspaper. His forthcoming work include two volumes of memoirs, a drama on the life of G. K. Chesterton, and a screenplay on St. Paul.
